Instructions:
To show the Object Availability of a certain group of Objects over a specific period of time, first select an Object Class from the drop down menu in the top left corner. Then select the period of time in the From: To: Calendars. Click 'GO' to see the availability of the Objects in the table below.
Column 1: Object: displays the Objects belonging to the Object Class selected above.
Column 2: Status: Overall Availability Status over selected period. See Status Colour Code.
Column 3 to n: Days of selected period.
A mouse over a coloured box displays the Booking Time In/Out and the Client/Contact for the Project. With a click on a specific Booking, further information will be displayed at the bottom of the window.
Status Colour Code:
Object available all day on one or more days in selected period/on selected day.
Object available in the morning/evening on one or more days in selected period/on selected day. (preliminary booked half day)
Object available in the morning/evening on one or more days in selected period/on selected day. (booked half day)
Object preliminary NOT available in selected period/on selected day. (preliminary booked full day)
Object NOT available in selected period/on selected day. (booked full day)
